Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented Data Entry Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurately entering, updating, and maintaining data in our systems and databases to support smooth business operations. The role requires strong attention to detail, good computer skills, and the ability to work independently.
Responsibilities
Accurately enter alphanumeric and numeric data into company databases and software.
Verify and review data for correctness, completeness, and consistency.
Update existing records and correct discrepancies as needed.
Maintain organized digital files and ensure proper documentation.
Perform regular data clean-up and maintenance tasks.
Create basic reports or summaries from entered data if required.
Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive information.

Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred).
